Widgets, Gizmos, Gadgets... what ever you call them they are of great use to any website or PC desktop. What are they you ask? Well widgets are interactive desktop tools that can be produced to give students access to a wide variety of information and frequently used functions. For example news, search, weather, favourites, commercial widgets (e.g, Amazon) or a calendar. And possibly the main attraction, they are totally portable!
